Congratulations on owning your very own creation from Sincerely Simone! To ensure longevity, your jewellery is covered against any manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of collection/delivery.

We strive to create works of art displaying quality workmanship, which require strict care in exchange for years of enjoyment. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to check your item(s) to make sure it meets your satisfaction. Following which, it is advisable to refer to our jewellery care guide on how to keep your Sincerely Simone creation in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that gemstones become loose from daily wear outside of the warranty period, Sincerely Simone will cover labour only repair costs. If you are still in possession of the gemstone that has been displaced, we will repair the item free of charge. However, if you have misplaced a gemstone that has fallen out, you will have to bear the cost of replacing a new gemstone.

This warranty will be voided if the item has been worked on (eg. sized, repaired, re-plated, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving) by another jeweller other than Sincerely Simone. All shipments for repairs/alterations outside of the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
